Abstract

The second-hand housing market is important in the real estate industry. In choosing second-hand houses in Taiwan, traditional beliefs in Feng Shui are considered by potential buyers. Thus, we examined 327 cases of available second-hand and currently inhabited houses to analyze the internal Feng Shui layouts.
